Marvellous location really close to centre of Newquay and major attractions, everything excellent. Warm welcome from owner. Location in a very QUIET area. No reason to complain, would come back for sure.

Easy access to the main roads allowed us to visit other key areas and attractions in Cornwall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary essentials. The cozy bed, although a bit creaky, provided a comfortable sleep. The room had a heater which kept us warm during the chilly nights. The fridge in the room was a bonus, allowing us to store our food and drinks. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities.
